Guided Tour of the Fortress and Archaeological Areas – 3 January 2026

To conclude the festive period and celebrate the New Year, the Civic Archaeological Museum and City of Savona is offering a guided tour of the Priamàr monumental complex and the archaeological areas found within it, allowing visitors to rediscover the city’s heritage by travelling through time and the history of Savona.
During the tour, you will visit:

• The necropolis, an archaeological area left on display in the Civic Archaeological Museum
• Piazza del Maschio and Giuseppe Mazzini’s cell
• The archaeological excavation of the Cathedral of S. Maria sul Priamàr
• The bastion of S. Caterina
