Two days dedicated to the marble restoration workshops of the Spinola and Sansoni monuments!The Soprintendenza Archeologia, Belle Arti e Paesaggio for the Provinces of Imperia and Savona, the Municipality of Savona and the Civico Museo Archeologico e della Città are organising guided tours of the marble restoration workshops of two Renaissance monuments from the destroyed church of San Domenico. The restoration is part of a project devised by the Superintendency and financed by the Ministry of Culture that will allow the main elements of Cardinal Agostino Spinola’s monument and parts of Antonio Sansoni’s monument to be reassembled in the Museum’s premises at Priamàr. The workshops will take place on the following days:
Saturday 13 April 2024, 10.30-11.30 a.m. Friday 3 May 2024, 5.30-6.30 p.m.
Admission to the Màr: 3€ per person
